Use of the Portal

Products, Pricing, and Taxes

Product availability, specifications, prices, discounts, GST, and shipping charges may change. The applicable values shown or confirmed when an order is approved will govern that order. Images are representative and screen colors may vary.

Approvals and Branding

Company approval confirms product selection, quantity, shipping details, and branding instructions. The customer confirms that it has the right to use all submitted names, logos, trademarks, and artwork, and is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized material.

Orders and Fulfilment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may review, accept, reject, or request changes based on availability, production feasibility, compliance, or pricing errors. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing.

Liability
