Customized Products

Products printed, engraved, embroidered, branded, or produced to an approved specification are generally not returnable for change of mind. Please review product, quantity, artwork, spelling, colors, and shipping details before company approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Report visible damage, manufacturing defects, shortages, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, photos or video, packaging details, and a clear description. Keep the original packaging until the review is completed.

Review and Resolution

After verification, an eligible claim may be resolved through replacement, correction, credit, or refund at our discretion. Normal variations in color, material, print position, or dimensions within accepted production tolerance are not treated as defects.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are considered only before procurement, branding, or production begins. Costs already incurred may be deducted. Approved refunds are returned through the agreed payment method within a reasonable processing period.
